Refund & Return Policy
For product purchases only — effective January 2025
At Bodhira Co, we take great care in handcrafting every product with intention and quality. Because our candles, room sprays, and botanical blends are made in small batches, we have a limited return window. Please read the policy below carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:
- The item must be in its original, sealed packaging.
- The item must not have been used, burned, or opened.
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used candles, sprays, or botanical products.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Bundle sets that have been partially used.
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Items returned after the 14-day window.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 908.670.7882 or reach out via Instagram @bodhira.co. Please include a photo of the damaged item and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- 1Contact us at 908.670.7882 or via Instagram @bodhira.co with your order number and reason for return.
- 2We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 2–3 business days.
- 3Ship the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- 4Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow:
- 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed on our end.
- An additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
